Het Vluchtelingenonthaal is een dienst voor asielzoekers, mensen zonder papieren, vluchtelingen en iedereen met vragen over verblijfsrecht.

Waarvoor kan je bij ons terecht?

• Informatie over vreemdelingenwetgeving, de asielprocedure, regularisatie, sociale voorzieningen, OCMW, huisvesting,...
• Bemiddeling bij communicatieproblemen met instanties.
• Hulp en advies bij juridische en administratieve vragen.
• Aanvraag van vrijwillige repatriëring via International Organisation for Migration (IOM).

Le service 'Vluchtelingenonthaal' accueille des demandeurs d'asile, des sans-papiers, des réfugiés et chacun avec des questions concernant le droit de séjour.

Nous offrons:

• des informations concernant la législation des étrangers, la procédure d'asile, la régularisation, la sécurité sociale, l'aide sociale du CPAS, le logement,...
• l'assistance en cas de problèmes de communication avec les instances compétentes.
• des conseils et de l'aide à toutes vos questions juridiques et administratives.
• de l'aide dans vos démarches en vue de rapatriement volontaire (IOM).

Vluchtelingenonthaal' is a service for refugees, asylum seekers, people without legal papers and anyone with questions about right of residence.
